Article content material TOKYO — Toshiba Corp CEO Nobuaki Kurumatani mentioned the Japanese conglomerate had acquired an acquisition proposal from personal fairness agency CVC Capital Companions and that its board would talk about the matter on Wednesday, the Nikkei newspaper reported. “We’ve acquired the proposal,” Kurumatani informed a gaggle of reporters, in line with the enterprise day by day. “We’ll talk about it at a board assembly” to be held on Wednesday, he added.
